Also the reason that the cat did this is actually because they are mirroring their owner. If their owner treats the thing (or in this case book) with respect and has made it very clear with their actions that the thing is important the cat will take notice and mirror this behavior!

this is still open for responses but what i’ve learned in the first 12-ish hours of this post is that whether you think miku’s hair is green or blue is related to how long of a vocaloid fan you were ([old man voice] or how aware you are of the older hits)
makes sense, to be fair, if you compare miku’s v2 art by kei to miku’s v3 and beyond art by ixima
i put it under a read more so i could ramble about all the patterns i saw
tl;dr: more blues than green, green is more likely your answer if you were wrapped in the vocaloid community back in 2010 with all its memes; can we all agree that whatever the hell kei did with his v2 miku he somehow managed to make a blue green that was an exact 50-50 ratio
